As the owner of a successful stretch studio located in Coronado, CA, I specialize in tailored stretching programs that enhance flexibility, relieve pain, and improve quality of life for clients across all ages and activity levels. My approach combines proven physical therapy techniques with Pilates, innovative stretch therapies, creating a holistic experience focused on restoring mobility, preventing injury, and promoting overall wellness.
My Story
Joan opened her stretch studio in Coronado, CA in 2019. With her experience in Physical Therapy, she trains her employees to perform their best to aid and improve clients' physical concerns.
